We've tried to make this site simple to use. Whether you are a business owner, a customer or someone who wants to recommend a business in the Reading, MA area, here are the steps you need to take.

Set up an account - Whether you want to create a business listing or write a review, you need to set up an account. The process is easy:

  1. At the top of any page, click the link to SIGN IN.
  2. If you don't have an account, create one by entering your first and last name, as well as your email address and password.
  3. You will receive an email from this site validating your email address. Clicking on the link in that email will validate your account and bring you back here so you can list or review a business.

Create a business listing - Now that you have signed up for an account, you can create a business listing:

  1. Click on "CREATE LISTING" at the top of any page.
  2. Select the listing type (Free or Featured on the homepage for $5.00 per month)
  3. Enter the required fields for the business.
  4. Click Submit.

That's it! The administrator for the site will approve your listing and the business will show up on the site as soon as the listing is approved.

Claiming a business - There is a chance a customer or someone else created a listing for a business, but they don't own the business. The business owner can click on "CLAIM LISTING" on their business. Once the ownership is approved by the site administrator, the business owner can edit the listing and upload photos.
